When you book a desert safari, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

-You must be at least 18 years old to book a desert safari.

 

-The minimum number of people for a desert safari is 4. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the start of the safari, you will forfeit your entire payment.

 

-If you need to reschedule your safari, you must do so at least 7 days in advance. Otherwise, you will forfeit your entire payment.

 

-No refunds will be given for any reason once the safari has begun. This includes but is not limited to: weather conditions, illness, injury, or pregnancy.

 

-You are responsible for your own travel insurance. We recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, evacuation, and cancellation/ interruption of trip.

 

-You must adhere to all safety rules and regulations set forth by the tour operator. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without refund.
